Construction Progress

Consistent progress imagery for stakeholder updates

Repeatable aerial documentation for owners, project teams, lenders, and stakeholders.

A visual record your team can refer back to

Aerial photographs help show where work is taking place across the site and how individual areas relate to the wider project. They can support owner updates, internal progress discussions, and communication with stakeholders who are not regularly on site.

The value grows when the coverage is consistent. Agreeing on the main viewpoints at the outset creates a record that can be compared over time, rather than a collection of unrelated photographs from different angles.

Setting the visit schedule

We begin with the site boundary, access requirements, expected project duration, and reporting needs. Together, we identify the recurring views and any areas that need closer coverage as the work changes.

Weekly or monthly visits can be scoped around your reporting schedule. Additional visits for a specific stage of work can be quoted separately. Flight dates remain subject to suitable conditions and site access, so the schedule should allow for adjustments.

Photographs, maps, and progress sequences

The core assignment can be a dated set of aerial photographs from the agreed viewpoints. Orthomosaic maps can be added where a current overhead site view would help your team, and video capture can be priced separately when clips are needed for communications or marketing.

Repeated photographs can also provide material for an aerial construction timelapse showing change over the life of the project. This is assembled from scheduled visits, rather than continuous recording from a fixed camera. We agree on the sequence and editing scope separately from the recurring photography.

Delivery for project updates

Before the first visit, we agree on file organization and delivery so each set is identifiable by date and coverage area. If you want selected views arranged into a progress report, send an example of your reporting format so that work can be included in the scope.

The imagery documents visible site conditions. Engineering conclusions and verification of completed work remain with the responsible project professionals.

Tell us about the project

Send the site location, approximate duration, desired visit frequency, and the photographs or maps your team needs. A site plan and an example of your current reporting are helpful starting points.
